Taxes
Quebec (provincial) and Canada (federal) mandatory taxes of 14.975% are not included in the rate and will be added to your balance due.

Cancellation and Modification
We have a 48-hour cancellation and modification policy. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to the first night of your stay. Non-refundable bookings will be charged in full, regardless of the cancellation date.

Payments
We reserve the right to charge all or part of the booking amount at the time of reservation.

Check-in Conditions
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card in the name of the person staying are required for each guest at check-in. If the booking is not under the same name as the registered payment card, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. A security deposit of at least $50 for dorms or $200 for private rooms will be held on your credit card for the duration of your stay. This deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to no damages and compliance with hostel rules.

Age Policy
The minimum age for dormitory-style shared rooms is 18, and 16 for private rooms.

Jacuzzi and Terrace Access
Please note that our outdoor jacuzzis and terraces may be closed before or during your stay without prior notice due to weather conditions, maintenance, or other factors. We thank you for your understanding.

Group Reservations
For group bookings of more than 10 people, please contact our sales department. A 50% deposit is required. You can reach us at sales@m-montreal.com or use the form available on our website under the “Groups” section.

Service Animals
Service animals are allowed only in private accommodations. Documentation regarding the animal is required at check-in. Any damage caused by the animal may result in charges deducted from your deposit.

Tobacco, Cannabis, and E-Cigarettes
Smoking outside the designated area is strictly prohibited. Any traces of smoke found on the property will incur a $200 fee. A designated smoking area is available on-site. For further information, please contact our staff.

Valuables
We are not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry, electronic devices, or other valuables during your stay. To ensure the safety of your belongings, lockers are available in dorms, and locks are available for purchase. Additionally, our reception has a 24-hour monitored luggage storage service for extra security.

Conduct and Behavior
We have a strict policy against any form of violence, disrespect, or discrimination. Anyone engaging in such behavior will be asked to leave immediately, without a refund. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all guests.



Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to any person, with or without a reservation. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to, disruptive behavior, signs of intoxication, violation of hostel rules, or any action that could compromise the well-being of our guests or staff.
